DuoWallArt

Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 November 2026

1. Agreement

These terms apply to the DuoWallArt app (the "app") provided by Nurihan KAVALCI ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) also applies; if you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms of service also apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

2. The app and the catalog

The app offers wallpaper pairs designed for the cover and inner screens of foldable phones, a preview, a setup guide and a tool that fits your own photos to both screens on your device. The catalog is delivered from our server and changes over time: we may add, change or remove pairs and collections. Some features need an internet connection.

3. DuoWallArt Pro and subscriptions

Without Pro you can preview all content, including Pro pairs and photo fitting, and save or set up to 2 different free pairs per day (the count resets at midnight, device time). DuoWallArt Pro unlocks every pair, unlimited saves and saving your fitted photos. It is sold in the App Store in these forms:

4. Licence to use the wallpapers

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download the wallpapers in the app and use them as backgrounds (home screen, lock screen, cover screen) on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

5. Content ownership and licences

The wallpapers are original works or are used under licence from their creators. All rights not expressly granted to you remain with us or our licensors. If you believe content in the app infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] with details, and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.

6. Your photos

Photos you fit with the app stay yours and are processed only on your device. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the photos you use. Saving fitted photos requires Pro; without Pro you can still try photo fitting and preview the result.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or our server: no attempts to disrupt the service, circumvent purchase checks, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly allows it.

8. Trademarks

DuoWallArt is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc., Samsung or Google. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc.; Galaxy is a trademark of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.; Pixel and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. Device names are used only to describe compatibility.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". How wallpapers are applied depends on your device and operating system (for example, iOS does not let apps set the wallpaper directly, so you apply it yourself with the setup guide). To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free or that a particular device will display wallpapers exactly as previewed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app or Pro. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health) or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these terms. We may discontinue the app or the catalog service; in that case wallpapers you have already saved to your device may continue to be used under section 4.

12. Changes

We may update these terms, for example when features change. We will update the date above; significant changes will be announced in the app or the release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts of that country.
